HOME REMEDIES
Baking soda as a face wash!
“You can replace your chemical-laden facial soaps with homemade baking soda cleanser to save money, save the Earth and save your skin. The naturally occurring chemical compound sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda, can clean anything from your face to your toilet. Not only is baking soda inexpensive, it’s environmentally friendly, even after it goes down the drain.”

DIRECTIONS:
1-Mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of warm water in a small bowl, or in your hands. Use a clean finger to stir the ingredients until a soft paste forms.
2-Splash your face thoroughly with warm water. Apply the paste to your wet face using a gentle circular motion. Cover your entire face with the paste.
3-Rinse your face thoroughly with warm water, splashing the water over the skin repeatedly until your face rinses clean. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

-I’ve been doing this treatment for months now and I think it works great! My skin is somewhat sensitive and I’ve had no problems. The idea with this is that you don’t need to rub it in really hard, just very lightly. I also do not measure it out daily or use a small bowl, you can just eye it and do this in your own hand.
